COVID-19 Notice and Operational Status

Dear Friends,

I’m sure by now you’ve received several messages about the Coronavirus (COVID-19). While much has changed in our lives, we’re here to assist our community as best we can.

With the spread of Coronavirus across the country, we want to offer support and a steady hand knowing many in our local area are fearful. Many of you doing everything you can to help prevent the spread of illness and to keep your family safe. Including staying at home, limiting travel, and socializing in groups. The Coronavirus has changed the way we must now interact with our van rental and SUV rental customers but it has also evolved how we serve you in the future.

We’re monitoring the situation closely and are relying on guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local health officials to inform our day-to-day operations. We’re working to ensure our vehicle cleaning and disinfectant procedures are maintained and are doing everything we can to protect your family when you book and travel in a Landbird.

We realize minimizing contact can help prevent the spread of illness, and we’ll continue to offer several ways for you to communicate and book with us. We are offering contactless pick-up and return at all of our locations. If you prefer we can deliver your van or SUV anywhere clean, disinfected, and without contact.
